For me this is kind of weird I have always been fit but fat if that makes scene. When I was in the Army I was considered fat even though I could max my PT (physical training test ). I got out of the service I went to school and the job I had the longest was moving furniture. I weighed over 300 Lbs and could run boxes up and down stairs all day long. Carry some one hide-a-bed on my back for a ¼ mile and not even think twice about it. Or solo carry a baby grand piano up stairs with it strapped to my back. So I have a lot of strength I just need to trim down. I need to add more cardio to my work out but I don't have access to a gym or any home health equipment other than some dumbbells.

But for the last 2 years I have worked in my home office and really slacked off on my fitness level. So I am working my way back. But I have incorporate a lower calorie diet. I am maintain 2400 to 2600 calories a day down from looks at floor 3000 to 3400.

I have been steadily losing 4 to 6 lbs a week. I know how fit I can be and I will work to that goal. But this time I would like to take it to the next level. I do wish there were more experts on this website. That we could talk to about our work outs and diets. That would be a great help.
