sleeping better

I have noticed that I am sleeping a lot better now. I feel good and energized in the morning with the exception of this morning. I slept with the window open and had a real hard time getting out of bed. I also went to bed late last night but I only woke up 2x's which is really good for me, plus I went right back to sleep instead of laying awake for hours. I also feel like my stomach isn't bloated like it usually is and I feel thin. I really like the diet and can stick to it. I haven't had to worry about going out to dinner or for business lunches and I am hoping to not have to worry about that for a little while at least, so I can get use to the diet and get my cravings under control. I did have a sonic jr. burger yesterday but there was nothing on it and I was very careful not to have any fries or a soda so it wasn't so bad. I just be careful and try and make good choices and keep working out.
