This is the most frustrating and time consuming part of this site. It is not easy to add something and actually have it show up. I can usually navigate computers and sites with no problem, but for some reason, I am very "computer challenged" when it comes to this one. They need to get something that is easier to use. Wow it is really difficult to hit all your targets when you are trying to make your own menu's. I went over everything yesterday at dinner and didn't have that much to eat, but obviously I have to make better choices. I know better to eat and then log it in. I made it through the weekend and exercised. I snacked most of the time so it was dificult to track. I had fruit as well as snack crackers and cheese. I did have pizza one night but I also exercised with the eliptical as well as lots of swimming with the kids. Over all it was a lot of fun and I wasn't too bad with my diet. This has been a difficult year, moreso than any other year I have had. In the last 12 months I have lost 8 people that have meant something in my life. Some I lost to cancer some to heart attack and the most recent from emphazema. My mother-in-law and ex-father in law both passed the most recent. Well I did good for a while and then fell again. So I have to pick myself back up. I have been going to the gym so there is some forward momentum. I feel really good about my progress. I have been very careful not to eat to much and have had some set backs as far as my choices for eating but for the most part I am doing well. Ok so yesterday was a bad day. I did well in the morning and then a friend called and was taking her daughter to the movies and wanted to know if my daughter wanted to go as well. I have noticed that I am sleeping a lot better now. I feel good and energized in the morning with the exception of this morning. I slept with the window open and had a real hard time getting out of bed. I also went to bed late last night but I only woke up 2x's which is really good for me, plus I went right back to sleep instead of laying awake for hours.
