Sick and discouraged

I've been sick for the last week with an upper respitory infection which has had me down and I haven't been attending the gym like I was. I was doing so good until I got sick. I've been eating all the "comfort food" I want .. mainly reeses' cups... mmmmmmm .
I've put on 1 lb since I first started my diet attempt again. Not to bad.
I did manage a few minutes of cardio at the gym today. 15' of a 7% incline walk on the treadmill. I started to get winded b/c of the chest infection. Then came home and played on the new Wii Fit Plus... I did a 56' program of all the Yoga poses and Strength workouts. 12' of the boxing and an attempt of 3' of the Kung Fu. So about an 1 1/2 hours all together. If only there were a way to register the Wii exercises... I can't find all the ones in the strength. (mainly b/c it's no weight).
Well ... tomorrow starts a new week and I am gonna push myself back into my routine...
MONDAY : Abs, Chest, Back
TUESDAY : Cardio (1 hr)
WEDNESDAY : Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
THURSDAY : taking off.. maybe a little Yoga
FRIDAY : Cardio
SATURDAY : Calves & Thighs
SUNDAY : another day off... or some more Yoga
Someone / Anyone, help push me out the door to achieve my goal!
