... figuratively speaking. Work has been totally insane. The new system is constantly faulting and work has been slammed with pts. I feel like I don't know which way I am going anymore. Everyone at work feels that way. By noon, we're all delirious, including my boss, which is pretty funny.

well I managed to have a good morning yesterday. I did some ilates, killed my hips. Played wtihmy kids, then ater lunch it went down hill. We've had our dogs for 6 years and tey are usually VERY VERY tolerble of our kids, or any kids really. My oldest male was enjoying cleaning chocolate cookie off my youngest daughters face and next thing I know, he snaped and bite her. Idon't beliee intentionally, my oldest said the baby pulled his ear... Well, we sat at riddle hospital ...

So it's been almost 4 months since I was last to the gym. Things have been so "distracting" between my youngest daughter's birthday in November, Christmas, sick grandparents that I've had to care for and then my oldest daughter's birthday in February, and late nights at work... I can't get my rear to the gym
So with all the hectic running around with all of that, I've managed to put on 5 lbs. I'm at 149-151... My goal ... 130. So 20 lbs... Now it's...

So yesterday was an "off" day. I had a migraine that started at noon and only got worse. Couldn't debate is my iron was the culprit or sugar levels. So I took my iron pill and ate dinner and even dived into the girls halloween candy to see if my levels needed to come up. Let me tell you....NOTHING helped...

Okay, very frustrated. I've been pretty diligent with the gym (besides the 4 days I was sick). I've been trying to eat somewhat healthy and yet... as it has been in the past 2 years... I CAN'T BREAK 146-149 WEIGHT RANGE!!!

So I think I over did myself on Wednesday and from taking off yesterday... My R Hip Flexor is KILLING ME... No amount of stretching has helped, probably only made it worse, but it feels like it needs to "pop".
Yoga Dance Pose... I am totally restricted on the fwd bend. What to do? Come on P.T.'s ... Where's the advice ...

So my Fitness / Weight loss goals aren't to out of my reach, I hope. Just to lose about 20 lbs max and get back to 130 lbs (pre baby weight). Tone my Abs and Thighs and strengthen my Back and Arms. All by Bikini Season... 6 months.
My Abs have become "flab" from having 2 kids, my thighs are twice their size now, my arms sag and I have no muscle tone and my back... that's a whole other story (back injury).

I've been sick for the last week with an upper respitory infection which has had me down and I haven't been attending the gym like I was. I was doing so good until I got sick. I've been eating all the "comfort food" I want .. mainly reeses' cups... mmmmmmm .
