So my Fitness / Weight loss goals aren't to out of my reach, I hope. Just to lose about 20 lbs max and get back to 130 lbs (pre baby weight). Tone my Abs and Thighs and strengthen my Back and Arms. All by Bikini Season... 6 months.
My Abs have become "flab" from having 2 kids, my thighs are twice their size now, my arms sag and I have no muscle tone and my back... that's a whole other story (back injury).
My goal is to get back onto a better eating kick. Fruits and Veggies. Going to the gym at least 4 days a week, if not more. The Gym thing is all new to me, so we'll see how I manage.
