Migraines....

So yesterday was an "off" day. I had a migraine that started at noon and only got worse. Couldn't debate is my iron was the culprit or sugar levels. So I took my iron pill and ate dinner and even dived into the girls halloween candy to see if my levels needed to come up. Let me tell you....NOTHING helped...
Of course... I didn't even make it to the gym. I felt horrible. So tonight, I fell a lot better.. no migraine but I still feel weak. Probably iron levels again.
