Workin' on it!

Starting a commitment to myself for this workout. I do 30 minutes on recumbent bike, 30 minutes on elliptical, ab workout, stretching, and sometimes arm strength training. Takes about 2 1/2 hours. I am lovin' it. I play certain songs to get me to a higher exertion level. I really am getting into the music, too. It makes it fun to kinda move to the music on the elliptical, though I am sure I make some onlookers laugh. It also makes time go faster. I once dreaded doing 7 minutes on the elliptical--about a year ago. Now, I can't wait to go again!
