My Workouts

I like to keep my work out routine simple. Running or jogging everyday. I have old Tae Bo tapes, an 8 min workout, and an advanced workout, which are good for bad weather days and I can't run outside. I want to get some exercise machines, but no money and no room for them LOL! I also do toning workouts on the floor, like sit ups and modified girly pushups Haha! I hope to get into running a mile a day. Wish me luck!
