I keep falling off my weight control wagon. I don't want to call it weight loss....simply because I am looking more to control my weight rather than concentrate on losing it. I do plan on looking at the aspect of losing weight while I am learning to control my eating...workouts, and sleep to help me get there. well, over a year later and I am trying to get healthy again.......I have gained a little weight now and I don't want to buy bigger clothes, so lets get started!! I am determined and I am not going to let anything get in my way. My goals right now are to be conscious of what I am eating and drinking. Trying to cut out the Soda! Well, my husband got a good job and we got moved. Now I am back to working on myself. Although during the time when I wasnt watching what I was eating or working out I didn't gain any weight! :) So that is good. I really try to balance out what I eat from day to day. Eat something thats not too healthy once then balance it out with something healthy the next meal. Wish me luck everyone!

I like to keep my work out routine simple. Running or jogging everyday. I have old Tae Bo tapes, an 8 min workout, and an advanced workout, which are good for bad weather days and I can't run outside. I want to get some exercise machines, but no money and no room for them LOL! I also do toning workouts on the floor, like sit ups and modified girly pushups Haha! I hope to get into running a mile a day. Wish me luck!
