This has been a difficult year, moreso than any other year I have had.  In the last 12 months I have lost 8 people that have meant something in my life.  Some I lost to cancer some to heart attack and the most recent from emphazema.  My mother-in-law and ex-father in law both passed the most recent.  They both lived good long lives and we were able to say good bye.  I know they are in a better place and with God.  My husband lost his best friend very unexpected and that was that was the most difficult.  I have been a little depressed and having trouble getting my business back on track.  I am joining a group to help with my business and meeting weekly to help get back on track.  I am also going to keep my schedule a little tighter so I can be sure to spend time with my kids.  I need that time with them since they are in their teens and my son is 11.  They still need me now just as much as they did when they were really small.  I am also going to make some "me" time.  Something that I neglect most days.  I am going to take time in the morning to schedule in for myself before the day gets started.  I am going to try and keep a tentative schedule that will not vary from day to day and in the evening I will take the time to schedule the next days activities and to do list so I can be productive in a shorter period of time.  Time management is key for me to keep my self on track.  I am going to keep a food journal because that works really well for me and my weight loss.  I have to be careful in the evening if I am watching TV becase that is when I want to snack.  I am trying to change old habits and only eat when I am sitting at a table.  I am going to take changes 1 at a time and slowly so that I will incorporate it with my regular schedule.  I think this will help and I am going to write out my goals and post them on my bathroom mirror.  That way I can see them everyday and remember them. I am going to take an erase pen also and write on my mirror my current weight and my goal weight, in increments of 5 lbs.  I will be blogging more often and will be honest about what is going on with me the good and the not so good but always keep a positive spin on things.  Well this is a good start if nothing else.  We shall see where it goes from here.
