Today was my third weigh-in and I lost 5.5 pounds last week! I'm super proud of myself! As a reward, I went to Subway for lunch and got a footlong turkey breast on wheat. I ate 6 inches for lunch and I'll have the other 6 inches for dinner! Turns out a 6 inch turkey breast on wheat with provolone cheese is only about 380 calories! And it filled me up. I will definitely be going there more often if I don't feel like having dorm food lol.
This week I'm thinking of upping my 100-rep workout to a 200-rep workout. I don't know if I have the muscles for that yet, but it won't 'hurt' to try!
I'm almost half way to my goal for April! I might have to up it lol. Hopefully this week I wont plateau! Anybody have any good tricks for eating sweet foods that won't completely bomb my calories? I LOVE dessert, but it doesn't fill me up. 'Empty calories'
