So, as of last May I had lost 38 lbs. Then Sean came home from bootcamp and it was a constant cycle of eating out and making good (fattening) dinner for him. He left again for school and I stayed stuck in that rut, eating out, not counting calories, giving myself huge portion sizes. To even further complicate things, rugby season ended and I turned 21. Grrrrr. So I gained some weight back, not a lot but I can definitely tell in the way my pants fit and the way I look in the mirror. I'm not proud...

FINALLY got my new computer all set up and ready to go, so I can start blogging again (and commenting on all of your lovely blogs, too!).
Last week I weighed in and I only lost .9, but that put me at a TOTAL of 20 pounds! I was so excited I could barely contain myself! People are finally starting to notice that I'm losing weight and it feels amazing to hear them say, "Wow! You look smaller!". OMG. This is the start of my 6th week which means I weighed in today. I lost 4.2 pounds this week :) That puts me at a total of -19.1 pounds in 5 weeks. I am so excited about this. I wish I could see it more in my body.. I can really see it in my face but my stomach, legs and butt don't look any different. Maybe it's just because I look at myself everyday.

At my weigh-in last Sunday, I lost 3.3 pounds! That puts me at -13.4 for the last four weeks. Every time I'm feeling like I can't keep doing this I just chant in my head "GOAL GOAL GOAL GOAL GOAL!". It seems to be working so far! I am up to doing 3 miles on the elliptical at the gym. It burns a lot of calories and I feel really good after I get off. My jeans are fitting a little loser and I can see my double chin starting to recede lol. I am SO hoping to be able to fit into a cute...

Today was my third weigh-in and I lost 5.5 pounds last week! I'm super proud of myself! As a reward, I went to Subway for lunch and got a footlong turkey breast on wheat. I ate 6 inches for lunch and I'll have the other 6 inches for dinner! Turns out a 6 inch turkey breast on wheat with provolone cheese is only about 380 calories! And it filled me up. I will definitely be going there more often if I don't feel like having dorm food lol.
