Well today is the first day of my 2nd week using fitclick and I am happy that I have continued to track my food and workouts. I gained 2 pounds over the weekend because of drinking and eating the wrong types of food while drinking. The great part is that I still worked out, I still wrote down what I ate and just jumped back in where I left off. Normally I would just quit and claim to start up the following week or so and never do. I havent been this commited in a really long time and it feels good. Especially when you can actually see the results of your labor. The dietitian had me on a 1200 calorie plan, but because I have been working out, I have been really hungry between meals, so I increased my calories to 1500. Hopefully the weight will still come off. Now here it is Thursday, one more day till Friday and about the time I lose all control and drink and eat off plan. I need to have control to do both within moderation and I might be okay indulging one day a week. We will see how it goes and with Valentine's day being on Sunday too. Wow, this weekend will really be a test of wills. I know that I can do this and I will.
