It's Cliche but.... Day 1

Years ago I was overweight - big time! And did the whole Body for Life thing. It worked! Well. and I went from 300 pounds to 182 in 18 months and I kept it off for many years. Then I got sick changed jobs - had family issues, you know "the usual" stuff life tosses at you. I lost tone - gained weight and got up to 208-210 and feel... well fat and sluggish. I miss what I was / had.
I always have believed "You are what you choose to be" so if I really want to be fit - I need to CHOOSE to eat better and work out more. This is my goal.
I know its only one day (one 'data point') but after the exercises this morning. It feels - well - right.
