Get out and enjoy your local parks they have great activities and hikes to go on as you probably know a person should walk 10,000 steps a day. You will feel so much better to get out doors breath the air and alot of parks have hiking challenges where you can earn staffs, and emblems to put on them and once you get started you will be hooked.
