Finally the scale is moving I have lost 10 pounds now in about a month. I walk alot in the parks and every time I'm out and ohh I want to stop for a sandwich I am able to talk myself out of it and go home and have something healthy keeping healthy trail mixes in the car and just having enought to curb my appetite till I get home not the whole bag has really helped alot

Live in Ohio finally got a little warmer getting spring fever can't wait to start hiking again. Went on a feq hikes this week.

Get out and enjoy your local parks they have great activities and hikes to go on as you probably know a person should walk 10,000 steps a day. You will feel so much better to get out doors breath the air and alot of parks have hiking challenges where you can earn staffs, and emblems to put on them and once you get started you will be hooked.
