My first day

Well here it goes.
Today is day one on this site, I'm happy to find a great tool like this to hopefully keep me determined and focused on my goals. I have a real hard time sticking with it, I started this venture about 8 weeks ago I did really well for about 5 weeks, and lost 13 pounds, then totally slacked off. Now I have to work my way back up to eating healthy, under 1250 calories and daily excercise. I'm happy to say I didnt gain any back these last few weeks, I guess that means I was doing it right. Anyway, I'm sure I will be back, but its bed time for now.
