Tomorrow Is my first day on the HCG. I did really well and cooked all my meals for the week. It will be an ajustment but not too bad, really the only thing is remembering my drops everyday 6 times a day, ick. I'm excited to start actually. Just think this time next month I could be 20-30 pounds lighter:) That puts happy thoughts in my head haha. There are so many things I could do or feel more comfortable doing after reaching my goal. I'm really not happy with my choices today, though I couldnt really help it. The family went to the zoo for the better part of the day, and I didnt have time to pack a lunch like I wanted to. I didnt eat a lot just kind of nibbled here and there because I didnt have healthy things to choose from. I had a little fried chicken and a little pizza, but less that half a serving of each. Feeling better already
I'm feeling better already. I havent noticed any weight change yet, but I feel better about myself, knowing I'm actually trying to change my daily habits. I'm sure I will see a weight change after a week or so. I'm really happy to have tools to keep track of everyting. Another day, another meal plan.
I did much better today. I made myself a very yummy and healthy breakfast and lunch. I had a cup of yogurt with fresh strawberries and bananas for breakfast, (better than never eating breakfast like I used to).
