Another day, another meal plan.
I did much better today. I made myself a very yummy and healthy breakfast and lunch. I had a cup of yogurt with fresh strawberries and bananas for breakfast, (better than never eating breakfast like I used to). Then for lunch I had a spinach salad, with mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes diced turkey and shredded motzerella cheese. I added a little vinegarette to it, but just enought to taste it after I tossed it a few times. I had a piece of cake today, but My mother in law made it, sugar free. I think I'm just going to have a few grilled shrimp for dinner, im not that hungry. I'm really looking forward to getting back to all this health food and weight loss stuff. I really need it. I'm going to actually make a low calorie menu today, I'm the kind of person who needs things planned out, or better yet written out in front of my face lol.
