Feeling better already
I'm feeling better already. I havent noticed any weight change yet, but I feel better about myself, knowing I'm actually trying to change my daily habits. I'm sure I will see a weight change after a week or so. I'm really happy to have tools to keep track of everyting. Sometimes if you dont keep track you just feel like your in a weel, you just keep trucking and dont ever see progress. Progress isn't always measured in pounds, but how much you try, how you change your life, and how others see you. I Burned 600 calories yesterday and only consumed 800 something.
