Today I had a great work out. I did intervals on the treadmill for 30minutes and burned 350 cal. I was intrupted when I spilled water on my treadmill and I had to stop.
I then went on the elliptical machine for 15 minutes. I then went on the stairmaster climbing system machine for 5 minutes. I find the stairmaster to be very brutal! After this cardio workouts I felt like I went in the shower with my clothe. Thats a good sthing Right?
After my cardio I worked on my arms. I lifted all the arm weight machines. I did not have time to work on my abs so I ended my work out. I want to get rid of my love handles does anyone have any suggestions? I gained 60 lbs after the birth on my son and I need to get back to my orginal weight. I now have 45 lbs to go!
