Today I had a great work out. I did intervals on the treadmill for 30minutes and burned 350 cal. I was intrupted when I spilled water on my treadmill and I had to stop.
I then went on the elliptical machine for 15 minutes. I then went on the stairmaster climbing system machine for 5 minutes. I find the stairmaster to be very brutal! After this cardio workouts I felt like I went ...

Today I did not feel like working out because I was too busy running around doing errands. Since I promised my self that I would workout everyday, I picked up my gym bag and headed to the gym. I was having an off day so I did 30 min intervals on the treadmill. I then went to a 1 hour yoga class. The insturctor was not that great today so the class felt like forever.
