Heading in to week 2...

Well, I've made it through week 1. I'm interested to see the number on the scale tomorrow. I know they say the first 10 pounds is water weight but I still want to see it go away! We went to church today and I didn't eat any of the brownies being passed around the Sunday school room. Not so long ago I would have had at least one. Keeping the diet tracker on here really makes you think about eating something. Sometimes I add things to see how it will affect my totals LOL If I don't like what I see, I don't eat it! I am really trying to make better choices. I ate a grilled chicken sandwich for supper even though I wanted a cheeseburger.
I got called to work at the school cafeteria tomorrow. I have been filling in as a sub since November. It pays for some of the extras that the boys want to do :) I haven't figured out how to count it as exercise, but it is a 6 hour workout - lifting the heavy pans of food and moving all around the kitchen, and don't forget all the sweeping and mopping! I definitely sweat when I work there.
Going to go finish some laundry and get the trash out since I won't be home tomorrow morning.
