Happy to report that I lost 3 1/2 lbs this week for a total of 6 1/2 lbs in 3 weeks. Glad that the scale is moving. I have a long way to go but it feels great to see a little success. I feel better anyway! Hope everyone has a good night. I was planning on writing more, but I have a boy that wants to be tucked in :) G' Night!

So far, so good. I managed to lose a pound last week even with the 4th of July holiday and attending a fish fry as well as a barbeque! Happy about that! Since I started back, I have lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I am being more active and making better food choices. My son is making better choices too which makes me extremely happy :D Staying busy this summer is an understatement for me. I am ready to relax a little before school starts back in August. ...

Well, I am starting over again or at least picking up where I left off! I've been going to a weight loss group at church and am in the second week. I lost 2 pounds at my first weigh in. I am trying really hard to go about this in a healthy way this time so the weight will stay off. I am changing my lifestyle habits and hopefully my family's habits as well. Well, I've made it through week 1. I'm interested to see the number on the scale tomorrow. I know they say the first 10 pounds is water weight but I still want to see it go away! We went to church today and I didn't eat any of the brownies being passed around the Sunday school room. Not so long ago I would have had at least one. Keeping the diet tracker on here really makes you think about eating something. Sometimes I add things to see how it will affect...

This is my first blog posting ever so hang in there. I have been married for 10 years and have 2 beautiful boys (8&9). I have struggled with my weight for my entire life and see my oldest son starting on the same path. I know how hard it is and don't want that for him.
