So here is a new beginning. I have been keeping an on-going 2 week record on weight loss, and blood pressure as taken by my Dr. about every 3 months.
FitClick looks interesting so maybe I will try and shift my record keeping to this format. Who knows, maybe it will become a sort of relationship thing too.
Today is May 9,2010 and in 4 months I want to move from about 220 to less than 200. My bod has always seemed to have this fascination with the number 200. Once I hit and stabilize a 200 for a period of time I'll look at moving it downwards although about 185 I begin to look a little gaunt, like death warmed over and have to start re-assuring people, "no I am not ill", "have not been ill" and "am not terminal".
