I started with a weigh-in of 217 which was not too bad because my bod for a number of years always wanted to sort of naturally settle around 220 / 225, or so it seemed. And the goal was, and still is to break 200. I've set 190 as the goal, but maintaining anything under 200 will equal success in my book.

Well, we are certainly learning as we go. No wonder I have lbs to lose. One of the things we've learned is how to enter new foods into the database so I can better track the specific foods I eat when it is not already on the list.
The other big thing we learned is no more OB Wings and a couple pints. Like the wings, like the pints, enjoy the patio and company but when I added it up it was like "I can't eat for the next two days" to make up for the excess...

Well, this program is at least interesting and generally easy to use, especially when it comes to adding foods not in the list, or just adding meal ingredients to have calories counted. Thats a positive. And so far my numbers look good.
But here's the negative. During the Stanley Cup Playoffs I've been having a few beer. And I haven't recorded them. Bad ! ! The last Canadian team, the Montreal Canadiens are in there game 7 tonite so its all...
