Final Week!

This is the last week of bootcamp! Only four people showed up today out of 14 or so in the class. The instructor on Tuesday and Thursday is not most people's favorite, but she really had her act together better than the last couple of weeks. She has a hard time giving clear instructions, and I think the last week typically has a lot of no-shows.
Even coming off being really, really sick yesterday (throwin' and goin' as my roommate says), today was better than last week. My whole body felt better and while getting through a session is always tough, it seemed more do-able today. My achilles tendon is bothering me. I don't think there's much to be done about that except to take it easy on it. I don't want to give up the momentum that I've gained through this.
So now it's decision time. The bootcamp is kind of expensive, but I'm certainly seeing noticeable results. I would like to go ahead and sign up for another session, but it's really been tough to get through the nights at work and then up the next day. Overall I've been more healthy in the choices I make. My roommate has commented on my general outlook and mood. I like being up and out in the morning, and I would really like to make it through this summer to a healthier, happier me.
