It's really cool that I have got a friend watching me and I am watching her.It keeps me focused on my goals. Why is it the last few pounds are seeming to be the hardest to lose. I do 80 crunches a day plus 40 side crunches, as well as doing the Abs Circle Pro, 3 sets of 30 reps & 35 minutes on the tread until I'm totally wet.. I cannot seem to lose my "love handles". Is there a secret exercise for this that I'm missing. I know it took me 30 years to develop these unsightly bulges, so maybe I'm just being impatient. I've been working out hard for 14 weeks and I will not quit! , until I lose them. I've been thinking of using a thermogenic fat burning supplement, but I don't know if I can handle the caffeine.
