Well, this program is at least interesting and generally easy to use, especially when it comes to adding foods not in the list, or just adding meal ingredients to have calories counted.  Thats a positive.  And so far my numbers look good.

But here's the negative.  During the Stanley Cup Playoffs I've been having a few beer.  And I haven't recorded them.  Bad ! !  The last Canadian team, the Montreal Canadiens are in there game 7 tonite so its all or nothing for them.  I had made a little deal with myself that I would allow me beer during the series while there is a Canadian team in them then no more.  Seems like tonite may be it.

Tomorrow morning, May 12, I'm supposed to start my day with a early morning walk.  I've noticed how nice and quiet and still it is at that time of day so I've alread changed my alarm to 4:55AM for at least a half hour walk to start the day.  Stand by for further reports on that.  And the beer issue.
