Moving to new city

I am orginally from a small city and moving to a big city (nyc) and I want to lose like 110lbs before I make this big move. I started working out at home just doing crunches and walking because the mid section and back is what I want to lose the most. I really don't to much care about the legs or hips seeing how they are already small (I am just built wierd). My current wieght is 260lbs and target goal is 150lbs. At first i figured 10lbs a month but then it started to dawn on me i need to lose 15lbs before December 28. I don't have a trainer because I am saving for the move and that is an extra 30 dollars a week. I can use that for gas to get there...lol.
I basicly just want a new look and a new me before the new year even if i make it to 160 i will still look at it as i made it possible and it will give me more motivation to lose the extra 10-20lbs i might desire.
