I am orginally from a small city and moving to a big city (nyc) and I want to lose like 110lbs before I make this big move. I started working out at home just doing crunches and walking because the mid section and back is what I want to lose the most. I really don't to much care about the legs or hips seeing how they are already small (I am just built wierd). My current wieght is 260lbs and target goal is 150lbs. At first i figured 10lbs a month but then it started to dawn on me i need to lose 1...
