Learning As We Go

Well, we are certainly learning as we go. No wonder I have lbs to lose. One of the things we've learned is how to enter new foods into the database so I can better track the specific foods I eat when it is not already on the list.
The other big thing we learned is no more OB Wings and a couple pints. Like the wings, like the pints, enjoy the patio and company but when I added it up it was like "I can't eat for the next two days" to make up for the excess.
But not all is lost. I can maybe still enjoy wings and a beer once and a while, . . . . but only 5 wings max.
And todays dinner should be good. Found some recipes using tofu, curry and veggies. Going to try one to go with the curried chicken and rice I had planned for tonite, which reminds me I had best weigh the chicken which has been marinating overnite. I'll also have to create a couple entries in the data base for tonights dinner I think.
One more week till my regular "weigh in" day. Should maybe remember to add it here.
Doubt that anyone actually reads this but I suppose its part of the exercise and a way to maybe keep on track and keep going. These last 20 lbs really don't want to leave.
