So yesterday I got a container of Creatine. Looked up all the side effects on the web this morning and decided it was safe enough for someone my age. I am not doing the "load" thing. Might be a little much for my system. So for 2 days I have drank a pre workout protein & post workout creatine. I read you have to drink plenty of water when you take creatine because it draws water from your blood stream to flood the muscle tissue. That's one thing I have to force myself to do.. Hope I don't get dehydrated. Popped off 75 push ups today along with cardio & a few others. I am feeling stronger each day. My wife is not real enthused about me spending 1 to 2 hours each day working out, but I'm not stopping now.
