So today was day3 back at my gym routine with Joyce. It was good, I actually jogged to my gym, its down the road from my house so it was a good warm up,and it only took me ten minutes to get there (typically walking it would take me maybe 20 depending on if im Lollygagging or not... ) When I arrived at the gym I realized I was a bit early to meet my friend and thought I might as well do some cardio while I wait, I ran on the manual treadmil for ten minutes, rode the bike for another ten and then did the elyptical for another ten. By the time she arrived I was really working up a sweat, we both walked-ran on the treadmill for half an hour and than she was nice enough to drive me home. I was starving by the time I got home and am having a hard time keeping track of all my foods, but im still doing it. I hate looking at what I ate in a day it makes me feel soo stressed out, I have no idea why, I just hate to keep track of it, anyway Im exhausted and Im ready for a little siesta. Im going to try SO hard tonight to not eat before I go to bed, its my worst habit and breaking seems like it is going to be difficult... maybe padlocking the fridge will work.. haha Anyway Another hard work out tomorrow and I am going to try my hardest to not forget to add what im eating onto here.
