I started changing my thought process on everything....How you perceive your self makes a big impact on your daily choices. I have been successful in loosing a total of 40 lbs in the last year...Nice and slow the best way to do it. My diet is called the caveman diet....No precessed pre-prepared breaded out of a box food. Fresh frozen is okay as long as no breading or pre-seaoning is used. Water is a best friend as well as leafy greens , olive oil and fresh lemon. My protien is from fish mostly. Salmon is my favorite. In starting to eat salmon I noticed a decrease in Joint pain , hair and skin much healthier, Type 2 diabetes no longer a problem..no meds..no spikes..there is a lot to be said for omega 3. Avocados is also a part of my diet when I can find it fresh. I started a diet not to loose weight , not to look better is was to feel better. The link in your well being is a strong one. Spiritual, emotional, physical and mental health are all linked and they are all linked to being feed correctly. Just one can be out of balance and the rest will suffer. So today is the first day of Wellness in every aspect of that term.
