I hear the term Goal weight and People I do not have one...I do not count calories I do not count points I simply have started making better food choices..I do not have a work out or exercise routine. But what I have discovered is that if you feel better you will do more. I started changing my thought process on everything....How you perceive your self makes a big impact on your daily choices. I have been successful in loosing a total of 40 lbs in the last year...Nice and slow the best way to do it. My diet is called the caveman diet....No precessed pre-prepared breaded out of a box food. Fresh frozen is okay as long as no breading or pre-seaoning is used. Water is a best friend as well as leafy greens , olive oil and fresh lemon.&nb...
