No goal weight just a goal feeling

I hear the term Goal weight and People I do not have one...I do not count calories I do not count points I simply have started making better food choices..I do not have a work out or exercise routine. But what I have discovered is that if you feel better you will do more. I figured out about myself that I easily get bored I think my Dr. refers to it as ADD...and after a little research yes maybe, okay it is possible. I do have to really concentrate on staying on track especially if it is something that I am not dedicated to doing..ie counting calories, keeping a food journal, looking up and counting points..laundry and house work ,,(opps that is another blog)..all of this is not appealing and to be honest it is not something that I want to do the rest of my life to stay fit. So instead I looked at food. God has placed everything here in order for us to be healthy....Every thing that our bodies needs to be healthy is offered in fresh food. Instead of "trapping" Myself into a diet I have liberated myself into better eating habits...It was not done by drastically eliminating food but by adding foods ...When you add fresh veggies..fruit whole grains and lean protein (make sure one is pink fish) the Junk started falling out of the diet...And my body started metabolizing food correctly Joints stopped aching, skin cleared up, every thing became regular ..no type 2 diabetes, and My Mental and spiritual health has followed suit. all of this occurred with in 3 months...Not along time to undo years of bad habits...Now I am not fooling myself there is more weight to loose however I feel great and am finding it easier. Hey the coffee is done so I will leave until well I can get back...GOD BLESS
