Cool, cool, water

Bonnie and I tried adding something new to our workout.... water aerobics! Forget that it's a class for old people, it was quite a workout! For a whole hour, we jogged, , marched, danced, did leg extensions and bicep curls and waist-trimming stuff, without breaking a sweat. I really enjoyed it! I think Bonnie and I will make this a regular part of our exercise program.... maybe every other day doing water, and the other days doing machines. Or maybe we'll do water in the morning and machines in the evening.
