Bonnie and I tried adding something new to our workout.... water aerobics! Forget that it's a class for old people, it was quite a workout! For a whole hour, we jogged, , marched, danced, did leg extensions and bicep curls and waist-trimming stuff, without breaking a sweat. I really enjoyed it! I think Bonnie and I will make this a regular part of our exercise program.... maybe every other day doing water, and the other days doing machines. I'm not much of a blogger. Nor am I much of a veggie lover. In fact, I really don't like veggies, except for the starchy ones... and the ones used for seasoning. I like onions, and peppers. If tomato was still considered a vegetable, I'd like that.
If all other veggies tasted like corn or potatoes, I'd be good.
But they don't.
