To try and try again and again, and again

I have been logging my food for a few weeks now, and have been trying to work out without much succes. Battling with Post Partum depression. Having a baby at 40 is harder than I thought. So totally worth it, but now I need to get myself in shape so I can keep up with my sons, 14, 4 and newborn. My health is important to me because they are the most important things in my life (including my super awesome husband). So if I don't eat right and work out than I don't do anything with them either and then we all lose and it makes me sadder and more depressed. It is a very vicous cycle and I want to really work at it so I can look fabulous at fifty!! I don't want to cheat and use diet supplements I want to work my butt off (literally) and feel good and completely accomplished for working so hard to do it.
