Today I want to put fourth my best effort to start watching what I eat. My goal for today is to stay with in my calorie range and to walk 45 minutes on the treadmil with my son tonight. I am kinda a day by day girl, who is 43 pounds overwight and really want to lose the weight, but I know that my good intentions often go undone so I will try today and see how well I did tomorrow. I have been logging my food for a few weeks now, and have been trying to work out without much succes. Battling with Post Partum depression. Having a baby at 40 is harder than I thought. So totally worth it, but now I need to get myself in shape so I can keep up with my sons, 14, 4 and newborn. My health is important to me because they are the most important things in my life (including my super awesome husband). So if I don't eat right and work out than I don't do ...
