New decade

Hey Mandy! Welcome to FitClick. I've been around since April and this site and its members has really helped me a lot. I have never really bothered to learn about calories and how much I should (or should not) eat, and did not have a good idea of how exercise could really help me. But by using this site, tracking what I eat and my workout (even when it's just walking around during my evening retail job), I have finally figured out how to take care of myself properly. That's not to say that I have difficult days when I end up eating all sorts of stuff because I'm bored, lonely or sad, but when you see the numbers in the system, you're more aware of what's really going on.
