So my boyfriend and I have decided to get in shape and start eating better for an upcoming trip to the shore (and beyond). I'm finding that it's much easier said than done and this is not my first attempt at trying to shed some lbs (I weigh about 135 and would like to get down to 125). I think that one of my big problems is that I really have no idea how many calories I eat each day which is what drew me to this site. I think that being able to keep a food diary will really help me stay on track and hold me accountable for what I put in my mouth and make me think twice before snacking on junk. I'll be using this blog to vent when needed, to ask for advice (and maybe share some!), and to keep anyone reading updated on my progress. Here we go!
