rainy day workout

I did a great thing. It was raining and I was wondering what I was going to do as exercise. Then, I started looking at all the exercise moves on the site and I was able to come up with my own 45 min. workout, using the moves on this website. I don't have any weight or machines but I was creative with what I do have. I burned over 1200 cal. It was great. It's amazing how strong I feel right now.
