Be careful not to push your self too hard

2 days ago I had build up the strength to jog up a hill. I was so proud of myself. Then, I made up this amazing workout. I woke up this morning ready to do more. I walked at a local park. It was nice. I thought was ready to start jogging. (since I did jog up that hill.) Boy, was I wrong. I pushed myself too much this morning and liked to have passed out. Not a good thing. So, I guess I'll stick with just walking until I build that strength just a little more. Be careful while you workout or walk.
