One week down

Just finished my first week going back to being a vegetarian. Lost 10 pounds with little effort. Now it is time to add the excercise. Feeling good about my progress this week even though there were some emotional moments. But I fought through them and did not use food as a comfort. Instead, I went and worked on my golf game and did some reading. Looking forward to week two.
