I did not lose nor did I gain, I consider that a win for not gaining. I want to end this month with a good number so I need to amp up my excercise and really watch my food intake. I've stayed away from junk and fast foods. I'm feeling less stressed due to my wife and I spending quality time this weekend. As for my youngest son, we need to work hard by not letting his problems effect my personal goals that I have set for my health. My oldest son lost a pound and that is also good news for the fam...

Week two of new program

I've lost a total of 12 pounds thus far. I know that if I get into my excercise plan, the pounds will continue to come off. I need to get back in that state of mind when you feel bad for missing a execise day. You want to feel like eating and excercise go hand in hand. Both must be completed per day.

One week down

Just finished my first week going back to being a vegetarian. Lost 10 pounds with little effort. Now it is time to add the excercise. Feeling good about my progress this week even though there were some emotional moments. But I fought through them and did not use food as a comfort. Instead, I went and worked on my golf game and did some reading. Looking forward to week two.

Day 4 on diet

Things have been going good. Don't feel as bogged down since I began not eating meat. Trying to not get bored. I will begin to look for recipes that are good and filling instead of just eating raw vegetables.

Starting back on vegetarian diet

I feel the need to go back on a vegetarian diet again. I have had the most success  when doing that. The last time I went vegetarian I lost 85 pounds. As soon as I got off the diet I gained most of it back. It seems that by body responds better to a diet that consist of mostly fresh grown foods.

Week two for me is coming to and end. I feel great. I seem to have started getting control again. I'm making better choices. Fruit over junk food, water over sugary drinks. I now need to work on stress releasers so that I don't turn to food for comfort.

My 1st week

This week has been great. Since using FitClick, I've lost 4 pounds. I love this program. It is easy to use and has so much information that come from regular people who also struggle. It is encouraging to know that I am not the only one out there trying to lose weight while juggling a family and career.
