So I've been using fitclick for a little over a week now and I'm starting to fall into the habit of entering food that I've eaten and workouts that I've done which makes it feel like less of a chore. I really like that, even if I do slip and eat something not so great or skip a workout, I'm held accountable. And overall, this is really making me just more aware of what I'm eating and helps me make better food decisions. The weight is coming off slowly which is fine by me as long as it's coming off. Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up into the crazy fall semester that I have ahead of me! xoxo
