Sooooo. I want to lose weight (who doesn't?) and I guess my will power isn't enough. I swim for an hour every day and I teach sailing classes in the morning plus take sailing in the afternoon. It's a fairly taxing schedule, but it doesn't seem to be enough for me to lose weight. I also run sometimes.

Annnnyways, I'm just starting this blog/fitness website to (hopefully) keep me motivated. I'm acting in an independent film and I play an anorexic girl. So I really really really need a diet/exercise program that's going to work. I guess I need someone to watch over me and make sure I stick to it. I mean, I'm not heavy, but I'd love to be skinny. It would also help me with my swimming (I'm on three teams through out the year).  I just need motivation. I hope this blog can help with that =)
